Rixos Hotels of Turkey is entering Thai market by opening Rixos Premium Khao Lak in November. Rixos Hotels business development director Gِkhan Sarper and Cher Fah company president signed an agreement in Antalya.
The deluxe hotel will have 300 rooms and suites which are able to host over 500 guests per night. A variety of restaurants will be serving international foods, and the hotel also features a spa centre.
Tour operators around the world have been taking bookings from August, and the first guests will be able to visit this month. The hotel will be an ideal place of travellers from Russia, Americas, Europe and Far East.
Fettah Tamince, the founder, CEO and entrepreneur behind Rixos Hotels, said, “We are very excited to enter to the Far East market as Rixos, especially at such a prime location as Thailand. Without a doubt, Rixos will be distinctive to the residents of Thailand as well as all of those who travel to Thailand as an attractive tourist destination. Our concept is different to that of other hotel chains, and certainly unique. I look forward to the opening soon and also to being involved in the buoyant hotel industry of the Far East.”
Beside the five Rixos hotels in Turkey, the company has opened Rixos President Astana in 2005. After the hotel in Kazakhstan, the group continued its hotel openings in Ukraine, Croatia. At the end of this year, another hotel in Kazakhstan; Rixos Almaty will open. Soon to open in Dubai is the Ottoman Palace by Rixos. Rixos Premium Khao Lak will be the 11th hotel of the hotels group.
