A regional hotel group is offering its loyal guests a special privilege card providing a range of discounts and other value benefits.
The Flamingo Hotel Management Company, which operates nine hotels in the region, says its "Mingo Club Card" provides its members a complimentary health club and swimming pool membership for a period of three months. Card holders will also be entitled to a 50 per cent discount on room rack rates, 20 per cent discount on food and beverage in all outlets, 50 per cent discount on an annual health club membership and a 20 per cent discount on car rental from its partner, Thrifty Car Rental, when staying at a Flamingo hotel. At three of the group's properties, the Golden Tulip Andalusia Hotel, Olaya Flamingo House and Al Baha Palace Flamingo, guests will be entitled to a 50 per cent discount on suite rooms and a 25 per cent discount on room rates. The Mingo Club Card also offers hundreds of dirhams worth of vouchers including two one night weekend complimentary stay at any Flamingo Hotel, Dh75 ($20.4) and Dh50 food vouchers usable in any outlet and a complimentary day use package. The Flamingo company was established in August 1999, and operates hotels in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Lebanon. The group will open its newest property in Sharjah this month. The Regency Flamingo Residence features 77 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom and 32 studio apartments offering a range of facilities including a business centre, health club and banquet hall.
