The Flamingo hotel group will open its fourth property in the UAE this December, its president, Amine Moukarzel, has announced.
Moukarzel said the opening of the Regency Flamingo Residence furnished apartments in Sharjah will strengthen the group's presence in the UAE.
Conveniently located on the King Faisal Street in the heart of the emirate, the Regency Flamingo will cater to the needs of business people and tourists alike.
The property offers 137 furnished apartments comprising of 77 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom apartments and 32 studios. It is 15 minutes away from both the Sharjah International Airport as well as the Dubai International Airport.
It also features a health club, a business centre with Internet facilities as well as a banquet hall to accommodate 50 people.
The Flamingo Hotel Management Group currently manages two hotels in Dubai, the Princess Flamingo Hotel and the Golden Tulip Aeroplane Hotel, and the flagship Grand Continental Flamingo in Abu Dhabi.
