GMG Airlines links Dhaka and Dubai

Sharaf Travel, the general sales agent of GMG airlines for UAE, welcomed Virendra Nautiyal, executive director of GMG Airlines, earlier this week to launch the daily (B747) Dhaka-Dubai service.

Further commenting on this inaugural flight Salah Sharaf said, “Our association with the airline has now even more strengthened and we look forward to successful operations. It is our pleasure to be associated with GMG Airlines and an opportunity to serve the traveling public to facilitate travel to Bangladesh and beyond.”

Commenting on the new service, Nautiyal said, “We are pleased with our new service Dhaka-Dubai and are certain that our service will benefit thousands of expatriates from Bangladesh residing in the Gulf region.”
The flights will also benefit Nepal and India bound travellers as connecting flights are available to Kathmandu and Kolkata.
”GMG Airlines started its international operations in September 2004 with the Chittagong-Kolkata service. The airline has come a long way since its maiden international service in terms of adding new destinations and increasing frequencies of its services,” he concluded.
