Sheraton Dammam Hotel & Towers, a five star deluxe hotel in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia, has been redesigned and renovated.
It is situated in the business district of Dammam and not far from shopping facilities, Aramco and the industrial areas, and is the nearest hotel to Dammam’s King Fahd International Airport.
There are views of the Arabian Gulf from all its rooms and suites.
Function space includes a 9400 sq ft ballroom catering for up to 500 guests and three executive board rooms which can accommodate 12 people in each. An exclusive Ladies Business Club, a first in the country, provides state of-the-art audio visual and electronic technology to enable women to work and meet in privacy.
In the coming year the hotel will be adding a full fledged multi purpose convention centre for events accommodating up to 2000 people.
Restaurants and lounges include the Fayrouz Lebanese located on the ground level, Da Vinci, designed by the reknowned international designers, Da Vinci using hand crafted materials from Italy, and the ASAHI pan-Asian restaurant offering Chinese specialties and Japanese delicacies such as sushi, sashimi, tempura and teppanyaki. The hotel’s Vienna Caffe is said to be “the most fashionable coffee shop in town” offering a variety of patisseries and hot beverages.
The Sheraton Dammam Hotel will soon be a pioneer among the five stars hotel in the Eastern Province with the opening of its spa and wellness centre. This will have a total space of 1,520 sq m, with 60 per cent of the space being dedicated to a ladies section and the rest is for men.
The ladies spa section design includes a reception, vitamin bar, lounge, fitness room, aerobic floors, beauty salon, a 60 sq m indoor pool and lounging patio including relaxation deck, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, laconium, herbal bath, thallasso bath, ice grotto and five luxury treatment rooms.
A comprehensive menu of massage, facial, body treatments, signature therapies and experiences include a maple sugar scrub, green mountain algae exfoliation, wrap and massage and the spirit of Vermont combination of reiki, reflexology and massage. An overhead rain shower is a feature here.
The men’s spa section design includes a fitness room, aerobics area, vitamin bar, lounge, barber, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, laconium, ice grotto, spa manicure and pedicure.
The fitness centre has complete cardiovascular and strength training equipment as well as a yoga and Pilate’s movement studio. Memberships will be on an exclusive basis.
Specially prepared spa cuisine created by an executive chef is built in to promote healthy eating and an active lifestyle.
