3 to 6:30pm: ILTM Conference (open to all ILTM badge holders).
The conference, addressing issues facing the global luxury travel trade, is held in conjunction with Departures Magazine, a luxury title published seven times a year for members of American Express. This will be the official opening of the annual event. This year’s topic is set on the issue of climate change, environmental issues and the impact on the luxury travel industry. Some of the world’s leading economic, political and travel leaders will be speaking.
6.30 to 7.30pm: Post-conference reception – champagne and canapés (Open to all ILTM Conference attendees)

7pm: Official ILTM opening function. Held at the Palais des Festivals in conjuction with the Japan Luxury Consortium (open to all ILTM badge holders), entertainment, cuisine and cultural displays rarely seen outside of Japan will be included in this event.
