Thai Airways International’s Royal Orchid Holidays (ROH) has launched an exclusive trip to Cape Town, South Africa, offering travellers the chance to experience shark viewing and whale watching between October 20 and 25.
Thai currently operates two flights daily from Dubai to Bangkok with three weekly flight connections on the route Bangkok – Johannesburg every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, utilising Airbus A340-600 aircraft, capable of accommodating 267 seats – eight Royal First Class, 60 Royal Silk Class and 199 in Economy Class.
Thai’s flight TG 703 departs Bangkok at 00.15 hours arriving in Johannesburg at 06.25 hours the same day. Flight TG 704 departs Johannesburg at 13.35 hours arriving in Bangkok the following day at 06.00 hours.
The five-night package will be guided by Khun Duangdao Suwunarungsi, a well known photographer and Dr Thon Thamrongnawasawat, academic and marine biologist. The trip includes visits to Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Cape of Good Hope as well as wine tasting and viewing penguins and ostriches. The most exciting programme is shark viewing and whale watching.
