The Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority has announced the launch of the Sharjah Call Center (800SHARJAH), a unified call centre which operates using the latest and most advanced technologies through which it provides tourists, residents and investors with any information they may require about Sharjah.
Following several months of preparation of the service by the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA), the Sharjah Call Center will provide an integrated database of tourism and business information on the emirate. Upon dialing the toll free number: 800 7427524, users’ inquiries are responded to by a dedicated, well-trained team in either, English or Arabic.
Sharjah Call Center is already operating from 9am to 9pm daily and is set to become a 24-hour service in the near future.
