MIDDLE-EASTERN hospitality giant Rotana Hotels has launched a new website at rotana.com featuring rolling bright, attractive images, and dynamic content such as interactive maps and 360 degree tours of hotels.
The main focus of each page of the new service is a search engine enabling website visitors and hotel guests to look for properties based on a number of criteria including hotel style, area or destination. There is also a quick search facility enabling visitors to find the hotels by city, by preference or by entering a specific property.
Every individual property has its own picture library, virtual tour and detailed information on food and beverage outlets, business and leisure facilities as well as conference and banqueting, which is supported by a sophisticated search engine based on the type of event and capacity required.
Rotana Rewards members’ access is also a main feature of each page to make it as easy and user-friendly for loyal customers as possible. Details of both reward levels are included as well as a password protected membership area for repeat customers to check their status online.
The company’s new Rotana Rewards Select programme is aimed at complementing its existing Exclusive and Classic loyalty schemes and enabling guests to redeem points on stays as well as dining.
Membership of the programme combines a raft of benefits such as, late check-out up until 14.00 as well as in-room VIP amenities, brought together under one card.
Guests receive 1,000 points as a joining bonus and collect two reward points for every Dh1 (or equivalent local currency) spent on dining and stays at all Rotana Hotels including laundry and telephone services. Once guests have accumulated 5,000 points they will receive their membership card.
The loyalty scheme also enables participants to receive points and miles under the ‘Double Earnings’ scheme if they are also members of Rotana Hotels’ partner airlines loyalty schemes.
Members of Rotana Rewards Select will have a choice of more than 700 rewards or prizes.
