Pre-arranged one-to-one business meetings help make congresses a success

Naseba has announced that the First Annual Middle East Travel Congress will take place in Dubai on June 4 and 5.

“At Middle East Travel Congress buyers, the ultimate decision makers in charge of sourcing suppliers from all the segments within the travel and tourism industry will have the opportunity to meet the global solution providers in a true business-to-business environment,” says a spokesperson. “The Congress offers a great opportunity for all participants to interact with a distinctive panel of top level executives of leading travel and tourism institutions and many other key people within the industry.”
Unlike tradeshows or expos, the Middle East Travel Congress only invites the decision makers. The congress provides a business-driven environment using prescheduled one-to-one business meetings and educational sessions that are strictly limited to upper-level executives.
Alongside the one-to-one business meetings runs a cutting edge conference, where industry professionals will address the latest topics and challenges facing the industry. Speakers include Dr Costas Verginis, senior manager, Deloitte & Touche (ME), real estate and hospitality; Essam S Azar, senior manager, administration and corporate communications, Abu Dhabi Basic Industries Corporation;
Dr Ian Michael (FAMI, CPM), college of business sciences, Zayed University Dubai; and Sultan Abu Jaber, secretary general, Arab Tourism Organization.
The Congress is by invitation only. More information at naseba.com
