Le Mirage Hospitality Management will soon begin taking guests at its newest property, Le Mirage Executive Apartments – Musheireb.

Described as a ‘new-age company that is not only into hospitality but also into management as well,’ by CEO Hany Maroun, the group currently also manages three other properties, namely Le Mirage Executive Residence, Le Mirage Suites and Le Mirage Village.
The group will be attending this year’s ATM.
Le Mirage Executive Residence, which opened in 2004, is a set of 56 fully furnished one-bedroom apartments. Le Mirage Suites, established in 2006, is made up of 23 fully furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments, and Le Mirage Village, which opened in 2001, has 62 fully furnished villas with a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, cinema, playground, tennis court, squash room and multipurpose room among other facilities.
“In the coming year, we will open Le Mirage Executive Apartments – Musheirib. We also expect to open a 186-room four-star deluxe hotel in 2008,” said Maroun.
The Musheirib property has 96 units, the number evenly divided between two- and three-bedroom apartments. Facilities include a clubhouse which has a sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and a snack bar among other amenities. It also has a parking area for long-term clients.
“At our properties, we anticipate our guests' needs by providing fully furnished spacious bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchen, elegant bathroom fixtures, top quality furniture, maintenance, security, housekeeping, and recreational facilities,” said Maroun.
“We make ceaseless efforts to provide excellent guest service and execute effective management strategies, proced-ures and plans so as to anticipate guests' needs and demands. This is what we  list in our top priorities. At all our properties, we have made considerable effort so guests get the best service that they deserve. We believe guest satisfaction is a reflection of excellence and success in our company. This can only come from top-calibre individuals who believe they can make it happen. We make a special effort to choose people who will promote our objectives and make a difference.”
Besides managing real estate and properties, the company has invested QR5 million (about $1.37 million) into its food and catering business.
The threat of competition doesn’t faze Maroun. “We welcome and accept market competition as a challenge and take it in the most optimistic way. We see it as an opportunity rather than as a threat. For Le Mirage Hospitality Management providing excellent service, managing company organization procedure and believing in our people are the most crucial standards in our business are not just standard operating procedures in the way they do business but a way of life.”
