UAE-Based Vision Hotel Apartments is set to launch a new website at ATM, a senior company official told TTN.
“We are launching our newly designed website with our own booking engine with the best price guarantee,” general manager Richard G Haddad told TTN by email. “This is in line with our plans to position the Vision Group as a leading regional player in its category of deluxe hotel apartments.”
The property posted 92 per cent occupancy levels in 2006, a figure Haddad expects will grow to 95 per cent in 2007. To bring in more guests the property is upgrading its services and amenities to match the standards of a five-star hotel.
“Currently our main corporate business comes from Abu Dhabi. We are looking to expand our presence in Dubai and the other emirates, as well as to ensure our presence on major destination websites,” Haddad said.
Vision Hotel Apartments is spread over 21 floors, with 126 suites offering city and sea views: these include 36 studio suites (with choice of twin or queen beds) and 72 junior suites (with choice of beds), and 18 executive suites.
“All 126 sumptuously appointed guestrooms are ideally designed for short and long term stays. Custom-designed beds, down comforters and a wide selection of pillows complement the beautiful furnishings, soothing color scheme and elegant lighting throughout,” said Haddad. Internet access is available in all the rooms.
The all-day dining eatery, Vision Café, offers a variety of international dishes, while the business centre offers professional secretarial support and wireless high-speed internet access. Meeting facilities are designed to stimulate creative and strategic thinking with state-of-the-art A/V, WiFi, motorized wall-mounted screen with remote control and natural lighting, all teamed with the latest conference equipment.
Fitness facilities at the property include a fully equipped gym, an outdoor rooftop temperature-controlled swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, an outdoor Jacuzzi complete with spectacular view.
