A hotel chain last month held training workshop for all its properties as part of its efforts to enhance staff performance and improve service.
The Flamingo Hotel Management Company said it held the workshops over five days last month at the Princess Flamingo Hotel in Dubai. The workshops were addressed by company president Amine Moukarzel and director of operations, Michel Yazbeck, Director of Operations. The first workshop on finance and accounting was presented by financial controller Nimal Fernando. Regional sales and marketing director and Princess Flamingo Hotel general manager Elie Tohme focused on sales and marketing while Kevin D'souza addressed a workshop on food and beverage at the Grand Continental Flamingo Hotel in Abu Dhabi. A housekeeping workshop was presented by Huma Sami, also at the Grand Continental while Dar Danesh presented a human resources workshop at the Princess Flamingo Hotel.
