Dorilit Buth has joined as the restaurant manager of the Gallery at La Baie at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai hotel.
The young and energetic partnership of Buth and chef de cuisine Carl Stockenstrom is expected to set new trends in fashionable dining in the emirate. Buth said she looked forward to bringing her international experience to The Gallery at La Baie which opened last month.
