Safir seeks weddings business

THE Safir Heliopolitan Hotel, Beirut, is positioning itself as a property for destination weddings, with a variety of function rooms.

“A lifetime of precious memories starts at Safir Heliopolitan Hotel – Beirut which overlooks the famous Raouché Rock and the Mediterranean Sea,” says a spokesperson.
The hotel’s Emerald Ballroom is perfectly suited to a wedding reception, with its extravagant staircase, lavish crystal chandeliers, luxurious carpeting and elegant atmosphere hosts up to 340 guests for a seated dinner and 450 for a cocktail reception, says the spokesperson.
For cosier ceremonies, the hotel’s Ruby Hall allows guests to celebrate in style. It seats 90 for seated dinner, and up to 140 for a cocktail reception.
Guests booking wedding parties at the hotel can avail a one-night stay in one of the hotel’s Grand suites with special honeymooners’ decoration, breakfast, dinner sent to the newlyweds’ suite, a wedding cake with a bottle of house champagne, one giant screen with one LCD projector, access to health club facilities.
“The outstanding service of our specialists enhances the wedding receptions, in addition to our team of expert chefs who will ensure a feast that fits for kings, offering a variety of special menus,” says the spokesperson.
