MEETING increased guest demands for fitness on the road is Precor, which brought its all-new Experience Series to the Hotel Show.
The machines were on display at their stand (5G220), courtesy distributors Sports Village, part of the Kaas Group.
The new Experience series of cardio-vascular exquipment offers fully integrated entertainment and control consoles with new treadmill mechanics, says the Kaas Group’s general manager, Angus Russell.
Of particular interest was the new model of Precor’s Elliptical Crosstrainer, as well as such products as a low-impact treadmill with integrated FootPlant technology and Ground Effects impact control system to minimise stress to the joints; recumbent and upright cycles; and different lines of strength products.
Best of all – for those that think gym’s boring – most products comes with fully integrated entertainment options: the CardioTheater design, with personal viewing screens or ambient viewing. The CardioTheater is usually teamed with ClubCom, the highly personalised and customised TV networks to educate, communicate, entertain and generate secondary income.
