THE Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company’s newest initiative is the specially trained Honeymoon Concierge.

Available not only for couples who have booked their wedding at a Ritz-Carlton hotel or resort, but to all newly engaged couples, this complimentary service offers advice and assistance with every detail of the honeymoon from where to go to what to do when you arrive.
“Couples have enough to do just planning their wedding and reception. Deciding where to honeymoon can be one of the most important first decisions they make together. The Honeymoon Concierge will be able to reserve their room or suite and assist with those special touches which will create memories to last a lifetime,” said Michelle Caporicci, senior corporate director of catering and conference services.
“There are 61 Ritz-Carlton properties for honeymooners to choose from around the world,” Caporicci noted. “Whether it’s a beachfront room at the new resort in Grand Cayman or a suite facing Central Park in New York, the Ritz-Carlton Honeymoon Concierge knows every location, and can answer questions the engaged couple may have from the weather to the length of time it takes to arrive at their destination.” Caporicci, whose background includes planning hundreds of weddings, says most couples wait six months before the ceremony to consider their honeymoon destination. “By consulting The Ritz-Carlton Honeymoon Concierge early on, much of the guesswork is removed, and the couple can focus on making sure their wedding day is perfect in every way.”
