One of Dubai's largest hotel apartment venture will be introducing newly refurbished rooms during the Arabian Travel Market.
Besides the new-look rooms at Golden Sands 3, the Golden Sands Hotel Apartments will also offer new services such as complimentary shuttles and children's facilities. Golden Sands has taken part in the ATM since it started and has been the only hotel apartment company to do so. "We consider the event as the most important in the Middle East/Asia Subcontinent," said Jagdish Pai, the company's senior sales manager. "We hope to renew existing contacts and make new ones. As always we want to expand our client base." Ideally located in Bur Dubai in the heart of the business and shopping area, Golden Sands offers a comprehensive range of self-catering accommodations including one-room and two-room studios. All studios in Golden Sands 3 and 5 are air-conditioned and have fitted kitchenettes with cookware, a large refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. A remote controlled TV is available in the living area. Beds are available as doubles or twins. Toilets and showers are attached, and all units have a balcony. Golden Sands 5 is the address for business travellers who are discerning about quality but also expect it to be affordable. It also offers free Internet usage to all guests and also has a business centre. A room service and a multi-cuisine restaurant are available with the studios but guest wanting to cook in-room can have groceries delivered to their doorstep. The luxurious 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in Golden Sands 10 have a separate kitchen, a separate utility room, a large living room and spacious bedrooms and baths. The entire complex offers 24 hour security, ample car parking space, housekeeping and laundry services.
