MIDWEST Hotel Apartments is the latest hotel chain to emerge from Dubai and is all set to add many more properties to the booming travel and tourism market says Shafique Sheikh, general manager of the new Irish-based group.
The group has just launched its first property in Bur Dubai.

The Midwest Hotel Apartments is situated in the heart of Bur Dubai, behind BurJuman Centre. It has 84 fully furnished deluxe apartments in the combination of one, two and three bedrooms. The hotel offers high speed internet, business centre, covered car park, a 24-hour coffee shop and satellite channels. Recreational facilities include fully equipped gymnasium, outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam and Jacuzzi.
“There is a lot of demand for conference and meeting place in this competitive market, so will soon launch a mini theatre and banquet facilities,” says Sheikh. “This will be the only hotel apartment which is offering this unique facility.”
