THE Ramada Bahrain has announced the second phase of its renovation will begin this June.
This will complete 80 per cent of guest rooms including all junior suites.
Phase three will follow in 2007. In addition, free high-speed wireless internet has been installed in all guest rooms, making Ramada Bahrain more attractive than ever to businessmen.
“Our vision is to not only keep our excellent reputation but to continue to be the front-runner in our category,” says Hans Radek, general manager, Ramada Bahrain. “We are looking ahead and after the completion of phase three; we will concentrate on the main lobby and entrance area of the hotel.”
The hotel’s Le Rendezvous conference room is the latest addition to its banqueting facilities. Recently refurbished and equipped, it is ideal for meetings, conferences and cocktail parties. For smaller gatherings it can host lunch and dinner get-togethers for up to 60 persons.
Food and beverage offerings include the Exchange restaurant and pub and Le Jardin restaurant. The Exchange is the ideal informal and casual hangout for all pub lovers, says a hotel spokesman. The Exchange offers a range of entertainment and is equipped with a billiard table, dartboard, televisions airing satellite channels, and a live band in attendance to keep you entertained. During happy hours, the chef serves up special pub creations with a variety of beverages at rock bottom prices, while the special theme nights offer a magical experience every night. The Exchange Brunch, every Friday, is a not-to-be-missed journey through the world with a difference.
The award-winning Le Jardin restaurant is one of the finest in town. It is the ideal place for a quiet, casual yet elegant dinning experience. An excellent selection of international and local dishes prepared by the hotel’s executive chef and his team will tempt even the most jaded palate with a selection of top-quality mouth watering dishes.
The Lobby Café serves daily fresh brewed coffee, espresso or cappuccino, delicious pastries and light snacks. It is the ideal place to relax and to be seen.
