The experience of a lifetime

CRUISES are a luxury not just in this but in any part of the world but if that cruise is aboard the Orient Queen, the pleasure is doubled.

This liner, from Lebanon-based Aboumerhi Cruises, is one of its kind in this part of the world with its luxurious 380-stateroom and suites. The international cruise liner is for passengers who like to get away from humdrum terrestrial life and enjoy the sun and the sea. It also gives one a taste of what life was like for our seafaring ancestors who set sail to discover new world although the amenities in this cruise liner may make that experience a tad more comfortable for us than it was for them.
The staterooms come well equipped with flat screen TVs, internet access, air conditioning, mini bars, and personal safe and all the bathroom facilities you need. The luxury suites include a living room, personal butler service, king size beds and Jacuzzi. These guests are also welcomed aboard with complimentary drinks, fruits and chocolates.
For relaxation onboard there are a plethora of daytime activities to look forward to  including luxury spa treatments , swimming in pools, a couple of rounds of mini golf and even following your regular exercise regimen in the advanced fitness centre or a jog around the ship under the watchful eye of qualified health instructors. But if lazing around and relaxing is your motive for taking the cruise then lounge on the deck and order refreshing cocktails from any of the three bars or sample the Cuban cigars from the Reflections lounge. Evenings can be as musical as you want them to be especially at the Piano bar, which as the name suggests, come equipped with a pianist and singers. For something a little more up tempo like international cabaret the Star lounge would be a good place to visit and for late night entertainment look no further than the Venus Bar.
If you like haute cuisine, the ship has an eclectic selection for you to choose from prepared by international chefs at a number of restaurants. The best bit is that the price of the cruise is inclusive of these meals which are served 6 times a day.
Depending on the package and route you select the cruise takes to a number of destinations and you can disembark at the stop over ports to visit tourist attractions or shopping areas.
With all it has to offer, the Orient Queen a good way to spend a quick getaway and visit new places or even renew your friendships with the old in an innovative way. All said and done nothing beats a cruise aboard the Orient Queen when it comes to comfort, luxury and soaking in the sun.
