CUSTOMER Delight is the name given to a new style of rudimentary training being provided by Tanmia Consulting and Training for the staff of Budget Car Rental, Bahrain.
Tanmia, a Bahrain-based company, will be providing the training for over 30 drivers and customer service staff, helping them to expand their abilities within the company and develop their own potential.
The company’s training style utilises unusual interactive techniques that help employees assess how their daily input and attitude can have an effect on customer retention and or, ultimately, the success of the business. At the same time, the sessions will assist employees with their own future development.
Jacob Thomas, general manager of Budget Car Rental said, “Tanmia focuses on delivering a complete range of internationally proven products which are designed to change behaviour towards performance and organization contribution, the results of which are monitored and enhanced as the employee develops. It is our aim to ensure that our best performers can recognise the strong contribution they make to the company’s success, while non-performers are encouraged to identify their own faults and improve upon them.”
Budget Car Rental is part of the Abdulla Yousif Fakhro Group and is an ISO 9002 certified company.
