CUSTOMER Delight is the name given to a new style of rudimentary training being provided by Tanmia Consulting and Training for the staff of Budget Car Rental, Bahrain.
Tanmia, a Bahrain-based company, will be providing the training for over 30 drivers and customer service staff, helping them to expand their abilities within the company and develop their own potential.
The company’s training style utilises unusual interactive techniques that help employees assess how their daily input and attitude can have an effect on customer retention and or, ultimately, the success of the business. At the same time, the sessions will assist employees with their own future development.
