Sheraton Beirut to introduce female-friendly room

Recognising the increasing demand of travelling women – whether for business or leisure – The Sheraton Coral Beach has gone a step further other than ensuring extra safety and security measures for the ladies and is set to launch a new service exclusively tailored for women.

“We have observed the female travel patterns and we have listened to the voice of the customer,” said Talal Jundi, GM in charge. “The hotel’s new service will offer ladies everything they may need while on the road. We are not talking about a strict diet but everyday essentials such as professional hairdryer, pantyhose, make-up and nail polish remover and face relaxing masks. These female-friendly rooms will roll out as of January 2006.”
It’s definitely a growing niche market and Sheraton Coral Beach is the first hotel in Lebanon to put forward special provisions and individualised treatment to female hotel guests. The rooms are designed to offer what travelling women would desire to find in the rooms, so when it comes to packing, their bags will be a few less kilos. The average stay of a female guest at the Sheraton Coral Beach hotel is three-and-a-half days, which provides the female guests with the opportunity to make use of these “greatly needed” amenities and room facilities. Molton Brown products are what the ladies will be pampered with in the privacy of their rooms.
