The MENA Travel Awards 2006 will, once again, be presented to recognise top industry organisations which have gone the extra mile in the Middle East & North Africa’s growing travel industry during the Arabian Travel Market on May 5, 2006 in Dubai.
“We would like to change the widely-held perception that five-star hotels in the Middle East are equivalent, in service and product quality, to four-star hotels in Europe and North America. We have better products and services in the region and we are out to prove it,” said Dr Sam Saker, president of the CHA International, the organiser of MENA Travel Awards. The 2006 event slogan is “Celebrate the Quality Champions Awards” and the CHA team is estimating over 50,000-75,000 votes from the industry’s end users / guests in the coming year’s race for excellence. Further, CHA International has announced that Rotana Broadcast International has been signed up as the official sponsor of the forthcoming awards.
