“We have developed tailor-made strategies to suit and attract all markets by going back to basics and concentrating on what is important for our customers i.e. value for money, delivered with a sense of efficiency and comfort in an elegant surrounding. We have witnessed a big change in the market dynamics. The occupancy rate has increased by approximately 20 per cent over last year and revenue increased by approximately 40 per cent. Although the Millennium Hotel Abu Dhabi is a typical business hotel, the inbound leisure segment has increased significantly with the help of our regional sales office in London that contributed in promoting our property and introducing it to as many accounts as possible.”
With the future for the development of the hotel industry in Abu Dhabi looking very bright, the Millennium Hotel will play its part in fuelling this boom. The Millennium chain itself is also expanding worldwide with many new properties in the horizon including hotels in Qatar and Egypt.
