Café Arabesque¸ a restaurant which celebrates the culinary delights of the Levantine region, is influenced by the flavours of Jordan, Lebanon and Syria. The open bakery and the two wood-burning ovens further enhance the experience by capturing traditional aromatic flavours. The Thai Kitchen, with authentic cuisine prepared by native chefs, has four live working kitchens – one each for wok, grill, steam and noodles, as well as a kitchen preparing traditional Thai desserts. Traiteur presents modern European cuisine in striking architecture. With a signature elevated show kitchen that literally positions Chefs ‘on stage’; Traiteur is as much a feast for the eyes as the palate. With floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for views of the Dubai Creek, The Terrace, is a perfect venue to relax and enjoy the sunset over the water. The Terrace is separated into three areas; the indoor bar, canopy covered terrace and outdoor boardwalk set amidst abundant palm trees.
