The all-suite packages have been launched specifically for Middle East travellers and include dedicated suite holidays for families or leisure travellers, honeymooners and cultural enthusiasts.
All hotels and resorts have been hand-picked by Emirates Holidays and inspected to ensure they meet the needs of the discerning holidaymaker. The offer also boasts tailor-made options and will run the entire summer season with many being extended to October this year.
Sweet Suite offers for families: Middle East travellers can treat themselves to a blend of the old and the modern in the capital, Colombo, with bustling bazaars, tea houses, shopping malls and casinos. The round trip package also includes visits to several other attractions, some of them being in Kandy, the last capital city of the Sri Lankan Royalty.
Travellers will stay in a deluxe suite at the Hilton Hotel. Packages are priced from Dh5,429 per person and include Economy Class air fare on Emirates airline, suite accommodation for five nights based on twin sharing, meet and assist on arrival, private car transfers, sight-seeing, room tax and service charges.
Emirates operates 17 flights per week to Colombo, covering seven direct flights, six via Male and four flights to Colombo that continues onwards to Jakarta.
Sweet Suite offers for honeymooners: Emirates Holidays offers the ideal do-not-disturb honeymoon holiday with the Hilton and Saman Villas. Enjoy candle-lit dinners under the stars or barbecue meals in the suite’s private garden. Then top it up with in-suite breakfasts, nature walks, bird watching, complimentary wine and honeymoon gifts.
The six nights’ offer is priced from Dh9,132 and includes the cost of Economy Class air fare, accommodation in the “romantic suite” based on twin sharing, meet and assist on arrival, private car transfers, room tax and service charges.
Sweet Suite offers for cultural enthusiasts: Visit Dambulla, a world heritage site and Sri Lanka’s most impressive cave temple, Pollonnaruwa, medieval kingdom of the 11th century, and Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka’s ancient capital dating back to the 5th century. The package also includes a climb of the architectural wonder, The Lion Mountain, and a visit to the 2,000-year old Sacred Bo Tree. The three nights offer is priced from Dh4,000 and includes the cost of Economy Class airfare, suite accommodation based on twin sharing, meet and assist on arrival, private car transfers, room tax and service charges.
