Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa nears completion

The Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa, Dubai, Habtoor Hospitality’s largest hotel project to date, is preparing for a summer opening.

On site Habtoor Engineering’s construction team is busy testing the air-conditioning, fixing the final ceiling tile and putting the finishing touches to the landscaping.
Meanwhile, new personnel are arriving every day from around the world – in fact, to ensure that guests in the 442 bedrooms, 13 food and beverage outlets, around the three pools, on the beach or in the spa receive quick, efficient service, the hotel will have nearly 900 employees from more than 30 countries speaking over 40 languages. A team of instructors and experts are carrying out a full range of skill and service training courses while the hotel’s chefs are busy preparing mouthwatering menus.
The Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa, which occupies Dubai’s most enchanting beachside location, boasts pools, restaurants, bars and a spa are set amidst tropical gardens. Guestrooms will be located within two beautifully designed towers set within semi-tropical gardens and will include a magnificent Penthouse suite, two Royal Suites and five Ambassador Suites. All offer stunning views of the Arabian Gulf or landscaped gardens within the resort.
In addition Club Suites, Club rooms, Tower rooms and Family rooms will be available – all lavishly decorated and equipped with flat screen TVs, DVD players and luxury bathrooms. The luxury resort features its own private beach, three swimming pools, large spa, health club, squash and tennis courts, children club, beach water sports centre.
A state-of-the-art 900 sq m conference hall and additional smaller meeting rooms make the new Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa an ideal choice for the MICE market. The resort also has several shops, but for more serious shoppers it is conveniently located close to the newly opened Ibn Batuta mall and the soon to be opened Mall of the Emirates, whilst the Emirates Golf Club is a short drive away.
