Al Diar Siji Hotel, Fujairah, is about to swing its doors open to month-long festivity, traditional tunes and an exhibition of finery.

While the other nightspots and fun destinations will be closed for the season, Al Diwan Restaurant and Al Shourfa Oriental open-air cafe will brighten up the guests’ evenings with an array of dishes, music and surprises.
To begin with, these two outlets will be dressed up in traditional garb with touches of Oriental magic. The ubiquitous fanoos lanterns, radiating a calming light, will create a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding with family and friends. After breaking their fast, guests then sip cup after cup of healthy Moroccan tea or a heady dose of Turkish coffee under the moon and stars.
The interior of Al Diwan will replicate the look and feel of the season with authentic decor that highlights Middle Eastern culture and the season will be capped with theme parties to celebrate the glorious Eid Al Fitr Holidays after the observance of the Holy Month. The daily Iftar buffet at Al Diwan will offer a selection of garden-fresh salad bar, soup station, hot dishes, warm and juicy shawarma, live cooking stations, rich desserts and a healthy juice station. Guests are also welcomed with Arabic coffee, dates, a variety of traditional juices, dried fruits, choice of traditionally spiced beverages such as hilba, aniseed, cinnamon with milk, zaatar, tamarhindi, kamarudeen, tamar and much more.
Al Shourfa will serenade guests with live Arabic music nightly. The talented Yasser Abbas will play the harmonious oud and the keyboard. What’s more, there will be daily surprises including a raffle draw at the end of the evening. Guests will be entitled to a raffle ticket for every Dh50 spent at Al Shourfa.
