Fairs & Exhibitions (F&E), organiser of the Dubai Air Show, has appointed Arabian Knight (AK), the flagship quarterly magazine produced by Bahrain’s Al Hilal Publishing Group, as a supporting publication for the Middle East Business Aviation Conference, which will be held in Dubai this November to coincide with Dubai 2005, the ninth international aerospace exhibition.

The conference, which will be held at Le Meridien Dubai on November 19, the day prior to the opening of Dubai 2005, is the first dedicated congress of its kind to be held alongside a Dubai Air Show.
“This prestigious publication reaches the region’s business and political leaders and with the combined wealth of its readership conservatively estimated in excess of $150 billion, it is a key business aviation end user and precisely the audience manufacturers and suppliers wish to meet,” explained Alison Weller, project manager, Dubai Air Show.
The conference is a result of surging demand within the Middle East’s business aviation sector, which is now viewed as one of the world’s most sophisticated markets.  “This conference will address many of the crucial business aviation needs of our high net worth readership,” explained Ronnie Middleton, publishing director, Arabian Knight. “This is an extremely progressive initiative in a region which could greatly assist in sustaining the fortunes of the business aviation segment for years to come.”
The Middle East Business Aviation Conference will address issues from manufacturers, users and operators with the keynote address being delivered by HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, president, Department of Civil Aviation, Government of Dubai, and chairman of the Emirates Group.
