SeaDream Yacht Club does it again

SeaDream Yacht Club’s twin mega yacht cruisers, SeaDream I and II, have topped a five-star pack of highly-regarded passenger ships in the 2005 book Berlitz Ocean Cruising and Cruise Ships and come within a gnat’s eyebrow of an even higher, over-the-top rating.

This is the third year in a row SeaDream Yacht Club has achieved such an amazing accolade in this authoritative publication.
The elegant SeaDream sisters were each rated 1,790 points on guidebook author Douglas Ward’s exacting scale of 2,000 possible points. This rating surpassed 19, five-star vessels that included those of Seabourn, Silversea, Crystal and Cunard’s QM2 (Grill Class).
Only one vessel rated higher (five-stars plus) than the SeaDream twins: Hapag-Lloyd’s Europa, operated primarily for the German market. Both the SeaDream mega yachts and the larger Europa were said by Ward to be “utterly exclusive”.
