Al Faisaliah Hotel … setting the standard

ROSEWOOD Hotels & Resorts, the premier manager of ultra-luxury hotels and resorts throughout the world, has opened a new regional sales and marketing office in Dubai.

Rosewood currently manages two of Saudi Arabia’s leading luxury hotels: Al Faisaliah Hotel, A Rosewood hotel, which recently earned a Five-Star Diamond Award, and the Hotel Al Khozama, A Rosewood Hotel, both located in Riyadh. Dubai is a natural market for Rosewood, whose portfolio also includes luxury properties in Tokyo and Jakarta.
The Rosewood sales and marketing office in Dubai will be managed by Ron Cusiter who is Rosewood’s regional director of marketing for The Middle East and Asia. “With the exciting economic developments in this region, we felt it critical to open a sales office there and appoint an experienced leader with a strong background in management and business development. This new office will allow us to continue to grow awareness of the Rosewood brand in Dubai, as well as UAE and the Gulf region,” said John M. Scott III, president and CEO of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.
Initially, Cusiter will be joined by two directors of sales who will manage key accounts, source new business and develop marketing opportunities for Rosewood.
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts was founded in 1979 with the opening of The Mansion on Turtle Creek, A Rosewood Hotel, and is world-renowned for its dedication to creating one-of-a-kind ambience and style with unparalleled, industry-defining service at each property. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is celebrated for creating hotels and resorts which embrace the local culture and are the quintessential expression of their location.
Whether located in the heart of the world’s great cities, on the shore of a magnificent ocean or in the splendid isolation of a remote tropical isle, each property is dedicated to enriching every component of a guest’s experience.
