Nakheel, the UAE’s leading property developer, plans to launch yet another major development project at ATM 2005.
The new project launch will coincide with Nakheel’s impressive 801 sq m ATM stand, the show’s biggest ever and at least four times larger than the company’s 2004 participation.
Full details of the new project will be unveiled at the show, in line with the company’s continuous ATM support, where in previous years it has launched The World, The Palm Jebel Ali, The Golden Mile and other major projects.
“Tourism and real estate are key to the region’s further growth and Dubai sits right at the heart of the phenomenal development both sectors have witnessed recently,” said Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, executive chairman, Nakheel. “ATM is the ideal platform for Nakheel to launch this new exciting development and our presence there demonstrates our commitment and contribution to the electrifying growth pace of Dubai’s inbound tourism sector.”
Nakheel is one of many regional big ticket developers which will participate at ATM 2005.
