Intercontinental Hotels Group opened its doors for their Holiday Inn property in Kuwait.
The 135-room Holiday Inn Kuwait, which is located 200 m from the seafront and 22km from Kuwait International Airport, is the perfect base for business or leisure travellers.
Speaking about introducing a new hotel brand to Kuwait, Denis Johnson, vice-president of sales and marketing InterContinental Hotels Group, Middle-East and Africa, said, “More guests have stayed at a Holiday Inn than any other hotel brand in the world. Holiday Inn is so popular because it provides what is really important to our guests such as a great night’s sleep, a hearty breakfast, an outstanding rewards programme and friendly, helpful staff.”
The opening of the stunning hotel, which offers the same services as can be found at any Holiday Inn hotel around the world, means that the InterContinental Group, now oversees the operations of two hotels in Kuwait. Additionally, the hotel opening brings the total number of Holiday Inn properties in the Middle East to 16. The general manager of the Holiday Inn Kuwait Antoine Naoum said, “Guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour gym and a range of restaurants including Lebanese, Chinese and a pizzeria.”
