Chef Jean Makhoul has given the traditional 'fish market' concept of a restaurant an Arabic orientation at Hotel Inter-Continental Doha's Sultan Ibrahim restaurant. The Arabic flavour amid a stunning decor of fish tanks and floor to ceiling windows giving 360-degree views of the sea and beach has ensured fully booked tables since the restaurant opened, says Makhoul.
