Delta Air Lines has expanded its new technology system that allows virtual check-in by passengers on its US routes.
The system allows the airline's silver, gold and platinum medallion SkyMiles members travelling on the US routes to complete flight check-in via delta.com, a toll-free telephone line, wireless Palm Powered handhelds or Web-enabled phones. Customers simply present their bar-coded membership card as boarding card and an ID to board.
