EMAAR Properties announced its launch of Una Riverside Residence tomorrow, a mid-rise apartment building crafted in Mediterranean style with the modern, upwardly mobile professional in mind.

The concept development – part of The Views community – overlooks the waterway and comprises two-bedroom residential suites. The eight-storey building is located between The Greens community shopping centre and the Golf Towers next to the Emirates Golf Club.
Construction for the development has already begun and will be completed by end 2006. The building also has a commercial component – the existing supermarket, 10 retail outlets and five casual dining outlets.
As part of a novel experiment, Emaar announced that units in Una Riverside Residence will be restricted to e-customers only, ie those who registered online on the www.una-emaar.com website since the onset of the advertising campaign on Monday.
“A number of applicants were randomly selected from the online registration list. Ernst & Young adjudicated the selection process. These applicants received invitations by email to be present at the Una Riverside Residence sales office last month,” said Naaman Atallah, director of sales, Emaar Properties. “We knew the experiment with this project would succeed because young professionals are highly IT savvy, prefer to deal online for their requirements and are more than happy to be in a distinctive residential development close to their place of work in the Dubai Internet and Media cities, and five-star hotels.”
Apartment features at Una Riverside Residence include high speed visual technology for internet, television and communications, tiled floor finishes, stone countertops and designer cabinetry, built-in kitchen appliances. Most apartments enjoy spectacular views of the waterway. Una Riverside Residence also features an open landscaped walkway, gymnasium with the latest equipment and rooftop swimming pool, 24-hour maintenance and security.
