DNATA Holidays has launched its new cutting-edge Holiday Lounge on the ground floor of Dnata Travel Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road.
The Holiday Lounge will be manned by six professional travel advisors all of whom have at least six years' experience in the industry. Each advisor will serve customers from special ‘consultation pods’ clustered around the lounge area.
These pods provide privacy, and are connected to sophisticated backend IT support that will let Dnata’s travel advisors instantly access information and prices on hundreds of airline, hotel and other travel products worldwide. Simply called ‘The Holiday Lounge’, Dnata’s new facility integrates key travel services in one location.
The services include a library for travellers to research their destinations and purchase travel books; travel insurance services; convenient access to currency exchange and ATMs; professional travel advisors and a play area for children, equipped with toys and the latest electronic games to keep them entertained while parents make travel plans.
