THE Rooftop Fitness Centre at Mövenpick Hotel Bur Dubai has teamed up with EAS International to be an authorised fitness-training centre for the 12-week ‘Body-for-Life Fitness Transformation Programme.
Mövenpick Hotel Bur Dubai will become the first hotel in the UAE to offer this programme. The centre offers the Leading Success Coaches & Fitness Professionals, EAS Products, the latest Nautilus cardio and weight training equipment, temperature-controlled rooftop pool, 252m jogging track, steam, sauna and massage.
November also saw the launch of the world’s leading group fitness programmes BodyPUMP, BodyCOMBAT and BodyBALANCE aerobics classes.
To complement this life-changing program the crucial ‘Eating-for-LIFE Menu’ is available on request in all managed outlets within the hotel. Special rates and packages to join the Rooftop Fitness Club are available on request .
The hotel also offers guests a fun way to stay fit with dance lessons in Salsa, Hip Hop-Aero, Swing and Cha-cha-cha. Swimming lessons and relaxing massages are also part of the menu.
