DUSIT Dubai, Dubai’s premier five-star Thai hotel, has launched its new toll free number 800 897 1486 from Saudi Arabia.
The new number will provide Dusit Dubai’s guests living and working in Saudi Arabia with an easy and free access to make room reservations round the clock – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The number will also serve access in providing essential customer service assistance.
The number is operated directly by Dusit Dubai via Etisalat, UAE Telecommunication Company. Clive Holt, director of sales and marketing, says, “The inclusion of this toll free number from Saudi Arabia direct to the our hotel’s Reservations Department forms part of a larger marketing strategy which Dusit Dubai sales and marketing department will be undertaking in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia beginning in 2005. It is our aim to create a clearly identifiable communication link with our guests and customers whether they are visiting us for business or leisure.”
Other guest contact services including internet service, telephone service and fax service will continue as normal to meet with guests’ requirements.
Having launched the KSA toll free number, Dusit Dubai will continue to have similar services with other GCC countries to increase its clientele base and provide excellent guest service.
