TWENTY-FIVE countries have confirmed participation at the ninth edition of the East Mediterranean International Travel and Tourism Exhibition (EMITT), to be held in Istanbul’s TUYAP exhibition centre, between February 24 and 27, 2005.
EMITT has been organized since 1997 with the support of the culture and tourism ministry of turkey and Turkish Airlines with the cooperation of the Turkish Hoteliers Association, the Turkish Tourism Investors Association and 36 other tourism associations in the country.
Several countries have already confirmed their participation to EMITT, which has received more than 50 paid contracts, with participation from 25 countries, including Libya, Morocco, Seychelles, Indonesia and Kenya Tourism Authorities. Many exhibitors have also expanded their stands this year.
