In addition to The Club Level’s signature dedicated concierge and five food and beverage presentations daily, new services and amenities have been added. Guests checking in are now called by The Club Concierge in advance to learn of preferences and to determine if any special arrangements may be made prior to their stay. Once Club guests arrive at the hotel, they are escorted directly to The Club Level where they are offered a warm towel (oshibori) and beverage.
Guests of the Club Level will find yet another time saver with packing and unpacking services offered by a member of the Club staff. Complimentary ironing service for a suite and a shirt is provided to every Club guest. Even the traditional wake-up call is enhanced on the Club Level. When guests make their wake-up call requests they are asked if their choice of beverage may be placed outside their door prior to the desired time.
The RitzCarlton Club level also includes the services of a dedicated concierge and offers five complimentary food and beverage presentations daily, including a rich breakfast, light snacks for lunch, afternoon tea, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, and evening cordials and desserts.
Introductory offer for The Club is $300 per night. As an opening promotion during September, any guest who books a room from the Club Level will get a free 15 minute hydro- massage therapy, a revitalising massage starting at the feet and ending at the neck by a 252 jet wellness tub arranged according to the reflex zones of the body.
