Lazaros Konstantinidis, a Greek National has joined Hotel Sofitel Doha as executive chef.
Konstantinidis brings 24 years of hotel industry experience with different hotels including 11 years with the Inter-Continental chain.
He has worked in Greece, Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium and Holland.
This is his first posting in the Gulf and he has a good knowledge of French fine cuisine as well as the Mediterranean delicacies.
The opening of the two new restaurants at Sofitel, La Villa Mediterranean Restaurant and The Old Manor Steakhouse, has given him an opportunity to offer guests authentic cuisine.
His last posting was as executive chef at the Park Hotel in Greece.
