Kingdom Centre Riyadh is the site of the newest Four Seasons, a 249-room Hotel occupying ten floors of the grand new Kingdom Centre complex, the city’s best location for business travelers from around the world.
Riyadh is the capital city of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and an important centre of commerce, industry and diplomacy in the Middle East. It is also the fastest growing city in Saudi Arabia, with a population of four million. The addition of the landmark Kingdom Centre signifies the rapid growth and evolution of the city.
The Kingdom Centre is a soaring tower of granite, concrete and brushed aluminum sheathed in silver reflective glass. It was designed by Richard Varda of the Minneapolis firm Ellerbe Becket in collaboration with the Riyadh firm Omrania & Associates. The necklace-shaped structure rises to 300 m, as high as the Eiffel Tower. Its distinctive shape and sheer size redefine Riyadh’s skyline, creating an icon in the heart of the city. Visitors can take an express elevator to the top floor of the building to an observation deck, to take in views of the entire city.
Anything the business traveller could want or need can be found within the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh and the Kingdom Centre. The complex combines the hotel with luxury residences, prestigious business offices and sophisticated shopping, with a wide range of high-end stores including Saks Fifth Avenue.
A series of cleverly designed causeways offers easy access to all parts of the complex from the Hotel – a one-stop shop for business travellers on the go. The Hotel’s full-service Business Centre with three boardrooms and an outdoor conference garden round out the facilities, all supported by parking for 2,000 cars.
The hotel’s 52 suites and 197 guest rooms are luxuriously appointed, with a contemporary flair. Twenty of the suites are residential duplex units with floor-to-ceiling windows and kitchenettes. In one- two- and three-bedroom designs, they are ideal for the executive travelling alone or with family.
