By paraticipating in the Moscow International Travel and Tourism Exhibition in March, the Taj Palace Dubai aims to increase its business from the CIS markets.

This is the third time the hotel has teamed with the Dubai Tourism Commerce Marketing (DTCM) for the Moscow fair, said Mohd ElKahla, associate director of sales, Taj Palace Dubai. “It is amazing how much the CIS has contributed to greater tourism business in the UAE. We are fortunate to have grasped a substantial business slice of the Russian tourists,” he said.
The hotel has created a package especially for Russian travellers that includes sightseeing and cultural visits to museums and historical villages.
Says hotel general manager Yannick Poupon, “We are looking forward to cement business ties with a greater number of Moscow-based tour and travel operators who will become Taj Ambassadors when they begin enticing Russian tourists to stay at our  property whenever they visit Dubai.”
