THE Al Bustan Residence Hotel Apartments in Dubai has announced the opening of a new restaurant and new conference facilities.

“The changes are designed to help us penetrate even further into the corporate market, hot on the heels of the successful launch of our new executive club last year,” says hotel general manager Moussa El Hayek.
The hotel also has new banqueting facilities that allow the hosting of weddings and parties for upto 300 people. These are supported by an upgrade of kitchen facilities that are being installed in parallel with the extended operation.
“The new facilities and infrastructure will strongly improve our product range, which will allow us to confidently strengthen our position in both the corporate market segment as well as boost our ability to penetrate the MICE market, which Dubai is attracting in an increased and aggressive manner,” says El Hayek.
Positioned as a residence with five-star hotel services, the Al Bustan Residence’s USP is its ability to cater to all its guests’ needs, both on a short or a long term basis, for business or for leisure. The luxurious residential, shopping and entertainment complex comprises 640 suites (one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as studios), a comprehensive shopping mall with over 80 outlets, the Al Bustan Centre and one of the biggest indoor amusement arcades in the UAE, Fantasy Kingdom. El Hayek says more improvements are on the cards. Among other things, the hotel plans to follow its introduction of the conference and banqueting facilities with even more new food and beverage products, supported by the upgraded kitchen facilities it has acquired.
“Our ultimate goal is to be the ideal solution for accommodation in Dubai,” says El Hayek. In line with that, he says, the hotel is constantly striving to introduce into its product all the facilities and services needed by all of its guests. “We intend to be able to always penetrate new markets while strengthening our position in existing ones, which is why our product must always evolve to meet the needs of our existing and new clients. Therefore, our plans are to keep on improving and diversifying our facilities in terms of apartment types, food and beverage outlets, facilities and services to continue to attract the discerning traveller,” he says.
In short, the hotel’s keeping up with and anticipating the market’s needs that define the hotel.
