Relax at the Mövenpick Bahrain

Over 600 people attended the two-day launch extravaganza organised by the Mِvenpick Hotel Bahrain last month.

The launch party was held simultaneously throughout the hotel’s three outlets, thus encouraging guests to freely move throughout the property.
The launch kicked off with a sound and light laser show which displayed the famous Mِvenpick logo with the seagull perched upon it.
“We have had a very healthy turnout at the event and it was a huge sucess,” commented general manager Frank Reichenbach.
He continued: “We have had a very good response from all our corporate clients. They have been very appreciative of the modern, chic look that our hotel represents. It’s truly a high-tech property where technology and elegant ambience meet to create a wining combination.”
Grand displays of food were seen all around the restaurants. Live food stations in the Gallery Lobby Lounge served everything from rachette cheese and Swiss air-dried beef and there was even a schnitzel station. The Silk’s restaurant had a seafood buffet along with tandoori specialties, an Arabic corner and also a shawarma station, while the Flamingo Bar had oriental food stations set in a trendy ambience.
“It was much more than a public relations or launch event,” said public relations manager, Shama Uchil. “This was our way of introducing guests to true Swiss hospitality.”
While hostesses escorted guests on hotel tours, one of the highlights was the hotel’s  wireless Internet services. The Mِvenpick is the first hotel in Bahrain to offer this cutting-edge net technology to its guests.
