Igeho 01, the 19th International Exhibition for Industrial and Institutional Catering, Hotels and Restaurants will bring together representatives of international hotel and catering industries in November this year at Basel, Switzerland.
The exhibition from November 23 to 28 will provide visitors with comprehensive information and overview of the products and services on offer for these industries.
Its three highlights - the World of Inspiration, the European Hospitality Forum and the Centre Gastronomique - will underscore its importance as the leading trade fair for professionals in these industries.
The World of Inspiration is a totally new exhibition concept extending across a planned area of 8,000 square metres. It is dedicated predominantly to interior design and furnishing within the hotel and catering industries.
This exhibition will be divided into nine themed areas, each of which will throw light on different aspects of hotel, restaurant and hospitality interiors.
The European Hospitality Forum is an information and communication platform for decision makers at the highest level.
Representatives from the 4-5 star hotel industry have been invited to participate in a discussion centred around the theme of human resources.
Centre Gastronomique is a traditional, yet innovative gastronomy forum which will use the featured "Place du Marche" restaurant to focus Swiss agricultural products and produce, as well as specialities from around the world, as a way of drawing attention to the principles underlying the industry.
In partnership with Agro Marketing Suisse and many national regions, the intention is to highlight the link between the production of foods and their enjoyment.
