Etihad has adopted Lufthansa Systems’ ‘MultiHost’ IT package to fully automate the airline’s core ticketing, flight data load, and inventory processes.
The airline has signed a five-year contract with Lufthansa Systems and will be the first in the UAE to use Multi-Host, an integrated systems solution that is already the choice of more than 40 carriers including Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, British Midland (bmi), LOT, Air Berlin and Qatar Airways.
Lufthansa Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group and an IT service provider for the airline and aviation industries worldwide.
