The Radisson SAS Hotel, Kuwait, has appointed Peter Schuler as food and beverage director.
He joined the Radisson SAS Hotels and Resorts chain in 1996, as executive chef for the Radisson SAS Palais Hotel in Vienna. He has also worked as executive chef at Radisson SAS properties in China and Dubai. The 43-year old moves to Kuwait from the Radisson SAS Hotel, Moscow.
